The goal was not to drop photographs into a template. Scottish.aero was built as its own product, with an identity and systems made specifically for an aviation community.
Community system
Public accounts, photographer profiles, follows, likes, comments, bookmarks, notifications and community submissions.
Creator Studio
Crew publishing, photo management, moderation, reports, bug tracking and the tools needed to operate the archive.
Games Lab
Aviation games and interactive experiences designed to make the site something people can use, not only scroll through.
Responsive build
Desktop, tablet and mobile behaviour with dedicated mobile navigation and touch-first interactions.
Backend
Authentication, permissions, storage, database policies and moderation workflows powered by Supabase.
